Partners Yoga
Great for couples or individuals who would like to learn how to work with another person to intensify the stretch in different yoga asanas. Many asanas learned in a typical yoga class can be done with a partner, and there are many asanas designed specifically for practice with another person. Couples (not necessary for Partners Yoga) who do yoga together often report an increased level of effective communication and understanding. As a bonus for anyone, yoga with a partner not only allows the student to experience a much deeper stretch, but is a wonderful means of connection with another person!
Many of the same benefits of private yoga apply to partners yoga sessions.
