In this class you will to learn to cultivate a sense of calm through meditative movement. Using deep breathing to guide you through each asana you will develop grace and fluidity while energizing and strengthening the body. Beginner's and Beginner's Flow: Learn and review foundational alignment principles of yoga postures in a relaxed envionment.
